Hovey Artist for December and January - Linda Lawrence

We are pleased to welcome Linda Lawrence to the Tasting Room in December and January. Please join us Sunday, December 8th from 4:30-6:00 p.m. for a reception in her honor.

Linda, a Murphys resident and Hovey wine club member, has explored design in many forms including photography, card making, interior decorating and painting.  She uses primarily water-based oils in her paintings which she finds to be user friendly and healthier.  Linda’s playful and colorful style has been influenced by many well-known local artists through classes at Town Hall Arts in Copperopolis.  Linda’s work has been shown at the Calaveras Arts Council Gallery, Studio 11 Gallery in Oakland and at Artscape in Murphys.
