Hovey Winery is excited to welcome Rhett Regina Owings as the October/November artist. Rhett has been painting for over 30 years. She enjoys painting landscapes, still life and animals. She also enjoys making paper cranes which she embellishes and makes into jewelry and mobiles. “Capturing the color and scenery around me is important to me. I love color and enjoy watching the colors mix on my palette and painting.” Come enjoy her paintings of the Gold Country, Yosemite and the coast.
Join us on Sunday, October 13, 4:30 to 6 p.m. for a reception in her honor. The Hovey Tasting Room at 350 A Main Street in Murphy is open daily from noon to 5:30 p.m.
